Recall Notice

The FDA has announced a nationwide recall of select lots of Adequan Canine and Adequan Equine after visible glass fiber material was found during quality testing.

 

The affected lots are:

Adequan® Canine

* Lot 3369 (Expires 10/31/2026)

* Lot 25011 (Expires 12/31/2027)

 

 Adequan® i.m. (Equine)

* Lot 24416 (Expires 11/30/2027)

* Lot 25265P (Expires 03/31/2027)

 

If your dog or horse has recently received Adequan, check the lot number and follow the FDA’s guidance if your product is affected.
